Founder
INARCHI was founded by Luc Mayer, an interior architect who graduated in 2007 from the Politecnico di Milano.
Growing up in the world of hotels thanks to a family of hoteliers, he chose the path of interior architecture following studies in the city of design, Milan.
He worked for several years with companies responsible for designing the interiors of some of the most renowned restaurants and hotels in Switzerland, including the W Hotel Verbier, Beau Rivage GE, Starling Hotel GE, Royal Hotel Crans-Montana, The View Lugano.
He founded Inarchi in 2014, with whom he decided to dedicate himself to projects including private residences, restaurants, hotels and commercial premises in Ticino and Switzerland.
Sales Manager
Inserted for decades in the Lugano context, Walter Borino has been involved in renovations for several years, in particular for the painting, facade renovation and tiles.
For several years, commercial manager of the Inarchi firm, with competence and spirit of initiative, he has been responsible for developing and managing customers following both technical and commercial aspects.
Project Manager
For more than 20 years in the world of furniture and more generally in the contract sector as purchasing manager, Alessandro brings to Inarchi a wealth of experience in managing different types of projects.
In the Inarchi team, he performs management duties together with the role of project manager.
Architect - Works Director
Always passionate about interior design, he graduated from the SUPSI University of Lugano in Architecture and matures his work experience in various interior design and design realities.
For years at Inarchi he has been involved in design, construction management and technical office, managing both suppliers and the end customer he accompanies in every phase of the project.
Interior Designer
Interior Designer with work experience and training in Switzerland, Italy and abroad, Gimena Panichelli has acquired over the years the skills necessary for interior design and construction.
At Inarchi she deals with the aesthetic part of the studio, carrying a feminine imprint and a taste for luxury, as well as independently managing/managing every phase of high-end projects both in the residential and contract sectors.

Let's start with an initial consultation to understand your needs and ideas. Next, we develop a concept design and, once approved, we move on to the detailed design phase and project management.
How long does it take to carry out an architectural project?
The time varies depending on the complexity and scale of the project. It can range from a few weeks for small interventions to several months for more complex projects. We provide a detailed estimate after the initial consultation phase.
What documents are needed to start a project?
We generally require existing floor plans, photos of the site, and any document related to urban or regulatory constraints. During the initial consultation, we will provide you with a detailed list of necessary documents.
How do you manage a project budget?
We work closely with our customers to define a realistic budget and we are committed to meeting it. We provide detailed estimates and ongoing cost updates throughout the design and construction process.
Do you offer interior design services?
Yes, we offer comprehensive interior design services to create interior spaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. We work with suppliers of high-quality furniture and materials to ensure excellent results.

Are you able to manage renovation projects?
Yes, we have extensive experience managing renovation projects, both for residential and commercial buildings. We evaluate the current state of the facility and develop a detailed plan for the improvement and updating of existing spaces.
